Officers responded to East 15th Avenue and Mill Street at about 10:30 p.m. on Saturday after callers complained about noise. Police said hundreds of people were grouped together outside and in the street. An officer contacted resident Lucas Ferrendelli, 20, who told police he would try to shut down the party. However, after 10 minutes, the party had yet to break up and more people were arriving.
