Matt Henson/WDAY MOORHEAD — The Moorhead Police Department says it took them four hours from the time they found the taxi cab driver dead to identifying 18-year-old Willie Sparkman as the prime suspect. It also wasn't the only violent crime he was linked to that night. The Fargo Police Department says Sparkman first struck just before midnight behind the Family Fare off 25th Street South. They say he threatened a woman with a knife and demanded money. She screamed, and Sparkman supposedly got into a car and drove away.
