Three people were seriously injured and one person had “minor injuries,” Sgt. Mark Cleverdon said in an email. A truck and a tow truck were involved in the incident, according to Cleverdon. “The road is partially open and will be fully open within the hour,” Cleverdon wrote in an email a few minutes before 7:50 p.m.
