Port Arthur voters will settle two city council races on Saturday.
The runoff election was triggered when none of the candidates running for either seat received more than 50% of the votes.
Former councilman Willie “Bae” Lewis Jr. and Ingrid West Holmes are facing off in District 1, while Port Arthur School Board member Donald Ray Frank and current Port Arthur Councilman for District 1 Raymond Scott Jr. both are running for the District 8 seat.
