Potatoes Returning to Taco Bell’s Menu Around July of last year, right in the middle of a pandemic when people needed it the most, Taco Bell removed all potato items from their menu. Starting Thursday, March 11th, fans will be able to enjoy the potato bites in the iconic Spicy Potato Soft Taco, and Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes, but they'll also be able to add potatoes over the other proteins on the menu. Taco Bell is slowly working their way back to the menu they had pre-pandemic, so hopefully we'll see some favorites return, like the 7-Layer Burrito and the Mexican Pizza.
