The curfew that was imposed in sections of Naggo Head in Portmore, St Catherine on Monday evening, which is due to be lifted at 6pm on Wednesday, July 14, is aimed at addressing “matters of concern” that the police have identified in the space.
That is according to Senior Communications Strategist in the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF), Dennis Brooks.
“What I can confirm is that the constabulary has identified some potential flashpoints in the community and we are seeking to move in with additional resources and provide solutions to those law enforcement challenges,” Brooks told Loop News on Tuesday.
