Notice is hereby given that preference dividend number 12 has been declared from retained earnings
for the period 04 March 2021 to and including 03 June 2021 amounting to 93.97800 EUR cents per
Preference Share, converted to 1,608.60263 ZAR cents per Preference Share (using a ZAR/EUR
exchange rate of 17.1168 as at 11 May 2021) payable to holders of the Preference Shares as recorded
in the books of Investec Bank (Mauritius) Limited (“the Company”) as at the close of business on Friday,
28 May 2021.
Last day to trade cum-dividend Tuesday, 25 May 2021
Preference Shares commence trading ex-
dividend Wednesday, 26 May 2021
Record Date Friday, 28 May 2021
Payment Date Friday, 04 June 2021
Preference Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Wednesday,
