Notice is hereby given that preference dividend number 21 has been declared from retained earnings
for the period 28 January 2021 to and including 27 April 2021 amounting to 243.70000 USD cents per
share, converted to 3,566.91505 ZAR cents per share (using a ZAR/USD exchange rate of 14.6365 as
at 06 April 2021) payable to holders of the Preference Shares as recorded in the books of the Investec
Bank (Mauritius) Limited (“the Company”) at the close of business on Friday, 23 April 2021.
The relevant dates relating to the payment of dividend number 21 are as follows:
Last day to trade cum-dividend Tuesday, 20 April 2021
Preference Shares commence trading ex- Wednesday, 21 April 2021
