President conferred state award on human rights defender Jan

President Gitanas Nausėda met on Thursday with Jan Raczynsky, chair of the Board of the international human rights organization Memorial and active supporter of cooperation between the Memorial and the Lithuanian Genocide and Resistance Research Centre.
