Prison CEO called to testify in Collin Francis Jr. competency hearing, charged for 2019 murder of Nestor Vasquez Jr.

The Chief Executive Officer of the Belize Central Prison, Virgilio Murillo, has been called to testify in the competency hearing of Colllin Francis Jr., who is accused of the murder of Nestor Vasquez Jr. and the attempted murder of a psychiatric nurse in 2019.
