Peelamedu police registered a case against the managing director of MyV3 Media Ads Private Limited and two others for criminally intimidating PMK district secretary Ashok Srinithi. The case involves criminal intimidation under Section 506 (ii) of the Indian Penal Code. The incident occurred when an unknown person threatened Srinithi over the phone, accusing the private firm of cheating investors of ₹2,000 crore through Ponzi schemes.
