PRLEC launches 'Project UNO' in Medina town Philippine Information Agency 26 May 2021, 18:38 GMT+10 MEDINA, Misamis Oriental, May 26--In keeping with Executive Order (EO) 70 or the whole-of-nation approach, the Poverty Reduction, Livelihood and Employment Cluster (PRLEC) led by Technical Education Skills Development Authority (TESDA) has launched a livelihood training program titled "Project UNO" (Unleashing New Opportunities thru Skills Training) for the beneficiaries in Barangay San Jose, Medina, Misamis Oriental on Tuesday, May 25. TESDA-Misamis Oriental through Cagayan de Oro (Bugo) School of Arts and Trades (COBSAT) spearheaded the livelihood training program for some 30 women-beneficiaries. Meanwhile, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)- Misamis Oriental Provincial Office represented by Ronald Legaspi facilitated the entrepreneurship training to enhance the participants' entrepreneurial skills.
