On Monday, the community-based not-for-profit health care services organization announced applications for the funding were being accepted. “While vaccine rollout efforts are helping to make significant progress in the fight against COVID-19, Fallon recognizes that the impacts of the current health care crisis will likely linger for some time, especially for our most vulnerable members,” Fallon Health President and CEO Richard Burke said in a statement. “It is our hope that these grants help ease some of the financial constraints our community partners are facing as they work to address issues of hunger and loneliness among older adults.”
