Property sales closing in record time in Louth and Meath

A house in Drogheda recently sold within 48 hours of going on the market.
A boom in the local property market has resulted in the sale of houses in Louth and Meath closing at record speeds.
A new study by Real Estate Alliance shows second-hand houses in county Meath now cost over €248,750, an increase of 2.6% in the last three months.
Meanwhile in Co. Louth, prices are up 4.9% with the average asking price now €212,500.
Gabriel O'Brien of REA O’Brien Collins in Drogheda says his agency recently closed the sale of a house in town in just 48 hours.
