Lima, Nov 27 (Prensa Latina) Peru’s Prosecutor of the Nation Patricia Benavides denounced on Monday President Dina Boluarte and Prime Minister Alberto Otarola for the aggravated homicide of Victor Santisteban, killed during the opposition social protests.
