Article content A recent decision by South Glengarry Council stirred some controversy last week. Council — in a 3-1 vote — decided to support a proposed campground on a strip of land bordering Cooper Marsh. The adopted motion amended a bylaw, changed zoning, and allowed for the project to proceed subject to some conditions, such as a site plan that respects setbacks and will be reviewed and approved by the township.
