PSCA releases calls statistics for June on helpline 15 July 5, 2021 LAHORE: Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) released the statistics of calls received on emergency helpline 15 in the province including Lahore for the month of June 2021 Sunday. The 15 Emergency Helpline received 21,14,975 calls, out of which 13,81,947 calls were considered hoax/irrelevant and 1,70,491calls with genuine concerns, and the Dispatch Control Centre (DCC) generated cases for further action, 78,431 of the calls received sought information, consultancy and 8,598 calls for traffic management & city traffic police help. The PSCA Lost and Found Centre also set its mark high in June, thereby contributing to the recovery of eight missing persons, 176 motorcycles and 2 cars through it.
