PSEB declares class VIII results: Friends Lovepreet, Guranki

When asked why the two girls were not declared joint toppers even after scoring the same marks, PSEB Vice-Chairman Varinder Bhatia said that as per rule, if two or more students score the same marks, the youngest is declared the topper.
