School campuses were opened on Monday for students of lower classes. Overjoyed, smiling pupils were welcomed by the staff members.
LUDHIANA: The state government has allowed the reopening of schools for all classes from August 2, further relaxing curbs imposed due to outbreak of Covid-19. Schools were opened on Monday by following proper protocol to ensure Covid-appropriate behaviour, according to a notification by the Punjab government. The state government had allowed the reopening of schools for classes X to XII from July 26.
