Published May 6, 2021, 2:47 PM A total of 295 feeding stations have been set up in daycare centers in Quezon City by the local government as part of its program to provide healthy meals to its residents. Mayor Joy Belmonte said on Thursday each station can feed up to a hundred families per day or a total of 29,500 families from different parts of the city. QC LGU/Manila Bulletin Nutritionists and dietitians from the city’s Social Services Development Department (SSSD) are tasked to create menus for the feeding stations, particularly those that are nutritious, such as monggo dilis with spinach or malungay, misua veggie soup, adobong kangkong and ginisang repolye, sayote, and carrots.
