The Quezon City Business Permits and Licensing Department (BPLD) has ordered the closure of a karaoke bar in Tomas Morato on Saturday, Aug. 28. The local government has issued a closure order to Up and Beyond KTV bar for operating amid the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine.
