QIIB adds more services for online banking 20 Dec 2020 - 9:26 The Peninsula Doha: QIIB has announced a new major addition to the Bank’s mobile application and Internet banking services for individuals and corporates in view of the major digital transformation of the Bank’s retail and corporate banking services. The new update includes the provision of additional new services that meet customer expectations to avail of a broader list of services through alternate channels. The new features enable customers to use their credit or debit cards more broadly, via QIIB mobile banking and Internet banking. Such features include, among others, activating or deactivating a card, requesting replacement for a lost card, and re-issuing a damaged card, in a way that saves customers valuable time and efforts.
