01:02 EDT, 29 June 2021 A Queensland woman is accused of placing fake QR code signs in a country pub that linked patrons to an anti-vaccination website when they attempted a Covid check-in. Fake QR codes were allegedly setup within the rural venue in Wondai at South Burnett, Queensland, and as customers tried to register they were diverted from the Queensland Covid Check-in, to a right-wing, anti-vaccination site. Queensland police confirmed a 43-year-old woman was charged, with a spokesperson alleging she entered the premises on May 16, setting up the fake QR codes around the venue.
