Quincy Police Conclude Investigation Into Night Club Incident The Quincy Police Department has issued an update on its investigation into an incident at a Quincy night club early Easter Sunday. In a press release, a QPD spokesperson said the criminal investigation into the incident early April 4th involving a Quincy University student and the owner of The Barn night club has concluded. Officials say the findings of the investigation have been sent to the Adams County State’s Attorney for review and consideration of criminal charges. Police say there was a separate administrative investigation to look into possible liquor license violations at The Barn.
