Radnor Arms in Nunton ready to reopen after Covid-19 lockdown

A LANDLADY said that taking over a village pub felt like "coming back home", after her father was in charge of the same venue in the 80s and 90s.
The Radnor Arms in Nunton, which is currently closed alongside the rest of the hospitality industry, has been praised by one customer for its "feel good atmosphere" and "friendly, helpful staff", making it the
Journal's latest pub of the week.
One nominator wanted to celebrate the little extras that make The Radnor Arms experience, including chocolate eggs with the bill and the team's knowledge of the food, drink and specials.
Louise Penny, landlady of The Radnor Arms, took over the pub three-and-a-half years ago, and said it felt "fantastic" to be recognised by the public, adding: "It's especially nice that people are thinking about us at the moment."
