He will hold the position up to 8 July 2024, said the company on Friday. The appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders. The information was submitted by Network18 in a BSE filing. "Joshi is not related to any of the directors of the Company and he is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any order of SEBI or any such other authority," it added.
