Musabbirul Islam, law affairs secretary of the city AL, submitted the application to the district magistrate under Section 196 (Ka) of the Criminal Procedure of Bangladesh. In his application, he also sought the government's permission for accusing the central BNP Organizing Secretary Ruhul Kuddus Talukhder Dulu, Rajshahi city BNP President Mosaddek Hossain Bulbul, and Secretary Shafiqul Haque Milon in the same sedition case.
