Musabbirul Islam, law affairs secretary of city AL, applied to the District Magistrate under Section 196 (Ka) of the Criminal Procedure of Bangladesh, reports our staff correspondent in Rajshahi. In his application, he also sought government permission for accusing the central BNP organising secretary Ruhul Kuddus Talukder Dulu, Rajshahi city BNP president Mosaddek Hossain Bulbul, and secretary Shafiqul Haque Milon in the same sedition case.
