About the role The Rakhine Programme Lead is responsible for HARP-F’s programming in Rakhine and Chin States, overseeing and coordinating the activities of implementing partners to ensure that HARP-F-funded interventions are effectively addressing priority needs. S/he is responsible for maintaining networks and information channels with key stakeholders, thereby ensuring that HARP-F remains well-informed on the humanitarian situation in Myanmar, with a particular focus on Rakhine and Chin. Specific responsibilities include: · Actively engage with HARP-F implementing partners in Rakhine and Chin, ensuring regular programming-focused communication; · Stay up to date on the development of the humanitarian situation in Rakhine and Chin, where necessary liaising with implementing partners and identifying gaps and needs which HARP-F might address, whether through additional funding to existing partners or to other organisations pre-qualified under HARP-F’s rapid response Fund (RRF);
