Randolph veteran to receive new roof thanks to national project COURTESY OF COUTO CONSTRUCTION A U.S. Army veterans in Randolph will get a roof thanks to the the Owens Corning National Roof Deployment Project. Couto Construction will install the roof on the home of Admira Depina at 9 Connors Circle on Thursday, July 22. Through a partnership with military nonprofit Operation Homefront, Depina was selected and approved as the recipient for the roof replacement. The Owens Corning Roof Deployment Project is a nationwide effort to show gratitude and honor the veterans who served our country and the families who support them. Since the inception of this program in 2016, more than 275 military members have received new roofs.
