Rate hikes scuttle Akron apartment project; nonprofit will occupy the building instead

From Crain's Akron Business: Green Harvest Capital had planned to turn the former WhiteSpace Creative building north of downtown into about 50 market-rate apartments, but higher interest rates killed the project's feasibility, a firm principal said. Instead, the building will become the home of Oriana House, which offers addiction and mental health services.
