The World Quizzing Championship is an international competition which is organised by the International Quizzing Association. The elite competition has been contested annually ever since 2003. The 2020 edition of the World Quizzing Championship was won by India's Ravikant Avva, who hails from Hyderabad. Avva, a graduate from IIT-Madras and IIM Ahmedabad has registered a famous win in the World Quizzing Championship 2020. The recently concluded World Quizzing Championship saw as many as 668 quizzers competing for the prestigious award this year.
