The highly anticipated animated film -- Raya And The Last Dragon -- is premiering in theaters on the same day it will be available on the Disney+ streaming service for a for a fee of $30.
But as of now, Cinemark won't be one of movie theater chains showing the movie due to a dispute over the licensing terms.  
Cinemark, which is the third largest exhibitor in the world, operates under several brands, including its flagship Cinemark, Century Theatres Tinseltown, CinéArts and Rave Cinemas.
