RCB to charge parking fee on seven main roads People parking their vehicles on any of the seven main roads will have to pay parking charges File RAWALPINDI: People parking their vehicles on any of the seven main roads within the limits of the Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) will have to pay parking charges. According to a notification issued by RCB, all the seven major roads in the jurisdiction of the board and the Singapore Plaza have been designated as a regular commercial parking area. The said roads include Saddar Road, Bank Road, Adamjee Road, Hospital Road, Haider Road, Kashmir Road and Canning Road.
