'Order silent on reasons': HC quashes order directing FIR ag

A single judge bench of Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma passed the judgment in a plea moved by VHP's international working president Alok Kumar against a February 18, 2020, order of the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Tis Hazari, which directed the Delhi Police to register an FIR against Kumar and another person.
