Reading City Council approves sale of 5 key downtown propert

The buyer, Philly Office Retail, proposes mixed-use development of the properties in the 400 block of Penn Street. A purchase price has not yet been determined and will be based on the properties’ assessments, City Auditor Maria Rodriguez said.
