Created: December 16, 2020 09:43 PM ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — All 33 counties in New Mexico are currently in the red tier of the state’s Red to Green reopening plan, however state officials said some counties are very close to moving into the yellow tier. San Miguel County was the only county operating at the yellow level, but moved back into the red level Wednesday. A spokesperson for the governor said the county has been vigilant in encouraging their communities to buckle down, and they can do so again. Now, San Miguel County has two days to comply with the requirements of the most restricted level. Closing down indoor restaurant dining will be the biggest change. Before, indoor dining was allowed at 25 percent capacity.
