WORKERS’ COMPENSATION ACT (section 10); ALBERTA PUBLIC AGENCIES GOVERNANCE ACT (section 14) - Effective November 1, 2021, reappoints Dale Patricia Wispinski as chief appeals commissioner of the Appeals Commission under the Workers’ Compensation Act for a term to expire on October 31, 2026; effective May 1, 2021, appoints Gary Godziuk, representing the interests of workers, as an appeals commissioner to the Appeals Commission under the Workers’ Compensation Act for a term to expire on April 30, 2026, and designates him as vice-chair; reappoints 5 persons, representing the interests of workers, as appeals commissioners to the Appeals Commission under the Workers’ Compensation Act, for terms with various expiry dates; reappoints 6 persons, representing the interests of employers, as appeals commissioners to the Appeals Commission under the Workers’ Compensation Act, for terms with various expiry dates.
