Remove PM Modi's image from Covid certificates in poll bound

The Election Commission has asked the health ministry to remove Prime Minister Narendra Modi's image from Covid certificates in poll bound states. The EC asked the ministry to find a solution as it violates the model code of conduct. The officials also asked the government to remove PM's hoardings at petrol pumps.
