Date Time RENEWED: Call for information on Vessel fire in Darwin City Northern Territory Police are continuing to call for information in relation to a vessel fire that occurred in Francis Bay in January this year. Authorities responded to a fire on a commercial vessel around 3:30am, on 13 January. Detectives from Major Crime Squad would like to speak with two people seen on bicycles in the area of Francis Bay Drive at the time of the blaze.
