Jamaal Bowman stood with more than 10 community organizations in Yonkers Monday to ask the federal government to help fund community projects for Westchester schools, nonprofits, local government and small businesses. He is asking for a little more than $5.4 million in aid. Bowman says there are many projects that need funding coming out of the pandemic, and without it, the community will suffer.
