Request for proposals for EIA and EMP issued for govt's Pros

NASSAU, BAHAMAS — The Office of the Prime Minister (OPM) earlier this week issued a request for proposals (RFP) for the completion of an environmental impact assessment (EIA) and environmental management plan (EMP) on the 83 acres identified for the community for young professionals in Prospect Ridge.
Chair of the Committee for the Development of Communities for Young Professionals Viana Gardiner said: “The EIA and EMP are to ensure that the development of the community provides a considered level of protection of the environment and contribute to the integration of environmental considerations throughout the planning and development.
