The Resorts World Genting casino complex in Malaysia has resumed operations on Tuesday, after being closed for more than three weeks. That is according to a notice on the website of the casino property, a venue operated by Genting Malaysia Bhd. The notice said the venue was “pleased to inform” the public that “Resorts World Genting will resume operations at 6pm on Tuesday, 16 February 2021, with strict standard operating procedures in place”. It added: “Some of our hotels, facilities, attractions and other offerings will be subjected to revised operating hours, limited availability or temporary closure.” The property said the gaming areas – including Genting Casino, Genting Club, and Genting Club Private Gaming – would only be open for Genting Rewards members. The gaming venues will operate from 10am until 2am the following day, according to information on the property’s website.
