'We are very disappointed,' said Joan Doyle of O'Kelly's jewellers on Bray's Main Street on the latest restrictions placed on retailers. They will try click and collect, which worked well in November, although in November people were buying Christmas presents. 'January is a lean month at the best of times,' said Joan.
