Reward offered for info in N.J. hit-and-run that killed bicyclist Updated Dec 22, 2020; The Essex County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday offered up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest and prosecution in a hit-and-run last month that killed a 55-year-old man. Kenneth Felton, of Newark, was struck Nov. 6 by an unidentified vehicle while riding his bicycle on Madison Avenue, between South 11th and South 12th streets in Newark, according to the county prosecutor’s office.
