Road users entering East Coast Expressway 2 advised not to stop at any R&Rs due to floods

“Currently, all LPT2 stretches between Kuala Terengganu and Jabor are still accessible.
“However, as LPT2 is connected to ECE, customers who have entered the East Coast Expressway 2 (LPT2) are strongly advised to stop at any of the rest and service areas (R&Rs) provided.
"At the same time, they must ensure that they adhere with all standard operating procedures (SOP) in line with the Health Ministry and the National Security Council guidelines," said East Coast 2 Expressway (LPT2) business manager Roszi Ibrahim in a statement on Sunday (Jan 3).
Roszi said that various facilities are still available for road users at LPT2 R&Rs, such as at Perasing and Paka, including food stalls, restrooms, and surau before they continue their journey once the flood has receded.
