There are major delays on Plymouth Road due to lining works between Vicarage Road and the Buyology shop. According to Plymouth Highways, the works will remain until 3.30pm. They tweeted: "South West Highways are working on Plymouth Road under 2 way lights between Vicarage Road and Buyology/ The lining works are planned to run 0930 to 1530 today only."
