Robredo asks DepEd: If World Bank used old data, what's the

While DepEd Secretary Leonor Briones said the data used by the World Bank is not updated, Robredo noted she has not released new data on Filipino students’ learning profiency to know if they are improving.
“Iyong pagsabi ng DepEd na luma iyong data, wala silang binigay na bago. So ako iyon ang hinahanap ko, ano kaya iyong bago?
(What DepEd said the data is old, but they didn’t provide a new one. So that’s what I am looking for, what is new?),” she said on her Sunday radio show.
“Kasi kapag lumabas iyong bago dun natin makikita kung saan ang improvement, kung meron (Once the new data comes out, that’s when we’ll see if there are improvements),” Robredo stressed.
