Rodman Machuo arrested in Uri Jip case Pacific Daily News Rodman Machuo, 21, was arrested May 13 in connection with a damaged vehicle, among other allegations. On May 13, officers assigned to the Tumon-Tamuning Precinct Command received a criminal mischief complaint at Serena Avenue in Tamuning, according to GPD spokesman Sgt. Paul Tapao. A company vehicle was allegedly damaged while parked by Uri Jip restaurant. Machuo returned to the scene in a black Mitsubishi Lancer, Tapao said. Police said Machuo resisted arrest and was subdued by officers. A patrol vehicle was damaged in the process, Tapao said. Police said a slingshot and marbles were located within the vehicle.
