Ross County man indicted after leading high-speed chase
A Ross County man was indicted by a Ross County Grand Jury Friday after leading a high-speed chase through Ross and Pike Counties in March, which ended when he crashed into a law enforcement vehicle.
Terry S. Ross, 35, of 793 1/2 Little Creek Road, Frankfort, was indicted on one count of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony, and one count of assault, a fourth-degree felony.
The chase began when a trooper from the Chillicothe Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol noticed a vehicle stopped on 5th street in Bainbridge with a license plate that started with SWS, a code used for trailer license plates.
